The treatment process can last anywhere from 1-4 hours at most and in extreme cases or big families, the process can take slightly longer. We are very thorough so if it takes a little extra time to get every nit we will spend the necessary time to do so.

“Back before lunch” is our goal. Once treatment is complete your child is ready and clear to head back to school same-day. There’s no need to keep your child out of school for the whole day.

It is our policy that everyone in the household be checked. This ensures that everyone is clear and there is no re-exposure.

We do require a follow-up to ensure your 30 day lice free guarantee. The purpose of the follow-up is to make sure the treatment process is complete in its entirety and there are zero traces of nymphs or nits on that final visit.

You do not need to deep clean your home. Our technicians will walk you through the simple cleaning process which is much simpler than most believe to be.

No need to waste money. Simply clear the items of hair or debris and place in a zip-loc bag in the freezer overnight. They’ll be ready to use the next day.

As soon as your initial treatment is complete you and your family are safe to resume life as normal. You are no longer contagious.

Itchiness is very common after treatment because, just like mosquitoes, lice bite at the scalp and so those little bites will feel a little itchy once the lice are removed. We advise our families to NOT scratch their heads to avoid infection. The itchiness usually subsides after a few days.

Lice are a human only nuisance. So you don’t have to worry about your pets.
